A session refers to: Online Live Sessions, Webinars, Online Training Courses, Online Training Conferences, Virtual Workshops and or Recordings of, including other content such as PDFs or PPT format files among others.<\/p>\n

By booking online you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. We may modify these terms and conditions at any time by publishing the revision on the website without any notice at any given time.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

1) Free or Paid Booking Term:<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):<\/span><\/h4>\n

Privacy: your data remains completely private and you may request to delete any information held on our database.<\/p>\n

General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR): we adhere to GDPR data regulation, and therefore you may request to delete any of your data we have stored, at any given time.<\/p>\n

By registering you agree to that access any live or recorded session shall be granted to you by Wevents or as also known Webievents. The website is https:\/\/webievents.com and any other website(s) current or yet to be published by Wevents, that access remains exclusive to members only and at complete discretion of Wevents.<\/p>\n

Your Data:<\/p>\n

Wevents operates under GDPR regulation, and your data is not sold to any external party. Your data is sent to the session sponsoring party to ensure an updated list of audience per stream. They are an individual and or a company, and are required by Wevents to operate all data handling under GDPR. When registering for a session you agree to register your data with Wevents and the company or individual speaker for that session. You are in complete control of your data and are offered at any given time to delete\/remove your data from Wevents databases, \u2013 and or to unsubscribe from newsletters, or email updates. If removed from any event registration list, you may not access that event; but you may re-register if you wish.<\/p>\n

Where the session is in joint custody, that is a session that is co-sponsored by an external company, that your registration form and details are:<\/p>\n

(i) that your registration details are processed by Wevents to ensure up to date administration for the session<\/p>\n

(ii) that your registration details are also shared with the sponsoring session company or individual to update session audiences<\/p>\n

(iii) that automated processes will create direct connection between you and the session presenter (s), point of contacts or company<\/p>\n

(iv) that the session presenter may establish direct communication with you thereafter.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

4) Change of Free to Paid Notice:
Wevents holds absolute rights to offer a session free or set up pay per session at any point in time and at will with no prior notifications. This includes any current, past and future sessions or digital assets where they may be initially offered free of charge. The standard price for any paid session is \u00a312 excluding VAT, while FREE sessions are offered with no charge applicable whatsoever.<\/p>\n

5) Your Data:<\/p>\n

Wevents operates under GDPR regulation, and your data is not sold to any external party, your data is sent to the session sponsoring party to ensure an updated list of audience per stream. They are an individual and or a company, and are required by Wevents to operate all data handling under GDPR. When registering for a session you agree to register your data with Wevents and the company or individual speaker (s) or presenter (s) for the session. You are in complete control and are offered at any given time to request the removal of your data from Wevents databases, and or unsubscribe from newsletters, or email updates.<\/p>\n

6) Payment:
Applicable only for paid sessions; payments are conducted at the point of registration, Wevents owned Website (s) or landing pages including https:\/\/webievents.com; are \u2013 Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protected, which is an encryption-based Internet security protocol. Therefore, all communication is assured privacy, authenticated and conducted in a framework of total data integrity. Payment transactions are secured through SSL and run normal and immediate by credit\/debit card. The SSL security framework includes all subdomains and associated websites owned by Wevents.<\/p>\n

7) Currency and Exchange Rate Example, and not limited to the following example. We may charge from \u20ac1, \u00a31 or $1 to 100, 1,000 or 2,000 or any unspecified amount money in any currency:<\/p>\n

You may pay in British Pound Sterling \u2013 a standard ticket rate of \u00a312, estimation in<\/p>\n

Euro and USD rates typically include:<\/p>\n

Euro \u20ac: ~ approximately equal: \u20ac14<\/p>\n

USD $: ~ approximately equal: $16<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

8) Value Added Tax: VAT<\/p>\n

From 1st January 2015, the VAT rules around the sales of digital services from a UK business to a consumer in the EU changed. From this date onward the place of taxation for sales made to private individuals and non-business entities in the EU has been determined by the location of the consumer.<\/p>\n

Quoted fees exclude VAT and subject to United Kingdom VAT, for UK and EU countries.<\/p>\n

All Paid VAT is claimed at the end of each tax year, while we are obliged to collect the VAT and pass it on Her Majesty\u2019s Revenue and Customs (HMRC), the British Government is responsible for collections of Taxes.<\/p>\n

Please see the details below to work out if you should be paying VAT or not:<\/p>\n

Non-EU Participants \u2013 VAT will not be charged. You may select the \u2018excluding VAT\u2019 option at payment or during agreement.<\/p>\n

9) Recorded Sessions:<\/p>\n

Recorded sessions cannot be cancelled, yet owing to circumstances beyond our control and as a direct result of internet-based challenges the session viewing may be disrupted for a limited period of time. We have taken several steps to ensure minimal disruption to your viewing and service accessibility. These include back up servers where deployment takes place for critical recorded session; where one server fails to load the requested recorded version. The other will create accessibility, however where the internet may fail as a whole or in part \u2013 it is naturally an occasion beyond our control and we request your understanding and patience. The reloading of recorded sessions will take time, while the exact time of delay cannot be calculated we remain at your disposal to assist; and you are advised to contact us as soon as such a challenge is encountered. We remain committed to resolve any such rare issue as soon as we are made aware.<\/p>\n

10) Live streams are recorded and recorded sessions remain subject to these conditions:<\/p>\n

The virtual space facility includes a feature that allows video, audio, documents and other materials exchanged or viewed during the session to be recorded. By joining a session, you automatically consent to such recordings. You agree in joining the session that all recordings are the sole property of Wevents or otherwise where joint ownership is assumed between Wevents and the session sponsor; then the recorded version and all associated materials are subject to joint custody. You consent not to engage in:
(i) taking any screen shot or pictures with external devices to the device where session is being viewed from or from within the same viewing device
(ii) record the whole or parts of a session be it live or a recorded version, as a direct copy or a distorted copy<\/p>\n

Session materials may include PDF, PPT, White Papers, Reports and any form of digital asset or otherwise provided through the websites owned and operated under Wevents.<\/p>\n

11) The session presenter may provide reference materials for your use during or after the session. These may include (but are not limited to) the following formats;<\/p>\n

i) a copy of the session slides in either PPT or PDF version \u2013 certain slides may be removed or supplemented during editing of materials – this is at total discretion of the presenting company or individual
ii) sample documents, templates or other material for use during the session or thereafter
iii) results from surveys before, during or after the session \u2013 this may include survey results from audience session or externally collected data<\/p>\n

12) Cancellation:
On a rare occasion it may be a necessity to cancel a session due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases re-scheduling of the session for the earliest date possible is deployed. If free, the option of free registration once again is honoured and your digital seat is preserved \u2013 where you have paid a ticket fee a credit voucher is provided; that remains valid for the same or any other paid session for up to 24 months, the credit voucher will remain \u00a312 Excluding VAT, and can be transferred to any other person or company, however it may not be utilized as a supplement to any sponsorship fees. In the rear event and for any reason that it may not be possible to re-schedule, the registered attendee list is update.<\/p>\n

13) Participant Cancellations and Substitutions:<\/p>\n

Sessions purchased cannot be cancelled, and you may receive a credit voucher to attend any other paid session within the next 24 months. You may also transfer this voucher to another person or a company to use at will. However, the voucher is not an accepted supplement or part of a payment of any sponsorship of any kind whatsoever. It remains a voucher to access a free digital seat to any other paid session.<\/p>\n

For free sessions \u2013 where a cancelation has taken place and a new date is not provided, the registration is considered invalid. You may register for any other session at any time.<\/p>\n

14) Session Program and Presenter Alterations:<\/p>\n

Session title, abstract or bullet points, programs, speakers, landing pages, associated advertising are all correct at time of production, as they are a consequence of direct communication with session sponsor, Wevents discretionary changes; and these pages are therefore correct at the time of publication. Due to changes in circumstances, or New Regulation, New Trends occasionally it may be necessary to make alterations to presenters and program content. However, the overall framework will remain the same, this is a session focused on one industry cannot change into another. The sector and the overall theme will remain the same.<\/p>\n

15) Access to Session Recordings:
We will endeavour to allow uninterrupted access to your session recordings, but access may be suspended, restricted or terminated at any time. We reserve the right to change, modify, substitute or remove without notice any information in whole or in part of published material at any given time without notice.<\/p>\n

16) Intellectual Property\/Copyright:
The copyright in the material contained in the session recordings, among other digital assets including the design, text and graphics and all software compilation belong to Wevents. All rights are reserved. None of the materials may be reproduced or redistributed without Wevents\u2019s direct and explicit written permission \u2013 however where the session is in joint custody, a written consent of the sponsoring session company may also be required. You are legally required to check with Wevents prior to such engagement of materials. If made available, and explicit consent was provided by Wevents; you may download a single copy of the recordings for your own non-commercial viewing. You may not distribute, engage in distorting, editing and or any tasks and or activities that will engage in whole or parts edit of any session and or digital asset for any reason whatsoever.<\/p>\n

If you download the session materials\/session recording, PPT, PDFs and or other digital assets, encompassing all or part of the materials; – and data are deemed to be licensed to you by Wevents through https:\/\/webievents.com, and or any other website owned and operated by Wevents is deemed for personal use and not commercial. Wevents does not transfer either the title or the intellectual property rights of the session (s) recording; – and Wevents retains full and complete title to the session recording as well as all the intellectual property rights therein. You may not sell, redistribute, reproduce or convert any of the material Wevents owns; including trademarks and logos \u2013 you may not copy or use them in any manner. This remains true where joint custody has been agreed with the sponsoring company.<\/p>\n

17) Exclusions of Liability:
Wevents will use reasonable endeavours to ensure that the data in the session recordings is accurate and to correct any errors or omissions as soon as possible after being notified of them. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties and representations (whether express or implied) as to the accuracy of any information contained in the session (s) recordings or any digital asset. We do not guarantee that the material will be fault free and do not accept liability for any errors or omissions.<\/p>\n

We do not give any warranty that the website is free from viruses, which may have a harmful effect on any technology. Wevents makes no representation whatsoever regarding the content of any other websites, a link to a non-Wevents website does not mean that Wevents endorses or accepts any responsibility for the content or use of such websites.<\/p>\n
